Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic have significantly disrupted the educational process and systems across the globe. This paper reviews research work on experience with D-learning in developed and developing regions. Additionally, sociological theory and perspective have been applied to the situation. It is suggested through application of sociological theory that challenges can turned into opportunities in context of D-learning.
